At any point during the design process, snap on the snug-fitting lid (which keeps the beads in their channel and protects your design). The Bead Buddy Design Board is now ready, so you can take it to class, on vacation or just to set aside until you are ready to bead again. In the center of the board are 5 extra compartments in which you can store beads, findings, needles or thread while you work. The Bead Buddy Design Board has 3 channels to place your beads: The innermost holds smaller beads up to 5mm, and the larger channels, including a bracelet channel at the bottom of the board, hold beads up to 10mm. Well-marked channels make accurate measuring easy. Multiple channels allow you to design up to & string a beaded piece with more than one strand.Measures: 11 W x 15-1/2 L x .8 inch H
